全美50个最不宜居城市 底特律再登榜首 加州7城市榜上有名

247wallst网站公布了全美50个最不宜居城市榜单,该排名针对城市的八个方面进行综合分析,包括:犯罪、经济、教育、环境、卫生、住房、基础设施和休闲。

在本次排名中,底特律再登榜首。第二至第五分别是密西根州的佛林市、圣路易市、曼斐斯和克利夫兰。加州有七座城市上榜,其次是佛州的六座和俄亥俄州的五座。

而在1981年曾被时代杂志称为“失乐园”的佛罗里达洲南部却在佛州垫底,迈阿密、迈阿密滩(Miami Beach)、和家园市(Homestead)均列入美国“50个最差居住地”排行榜,迈阿密是第42名、迈阿密滩第25名,家园市第14名。

佛州另外三座城市也上榜,分别是特拉哈西(Tallahassee)的第38位、甘斯维尔(Gainesville)第48和戴通纳海滩(Daytona Beach)第23位。

迈阿密2016年被评为最不宜居的城市,2012年被福布斯杂志列为“最悲惨的城市”,2014年被WalletHub公司认为是最恐怖的养家地方,在MagnifyMoney公司的最近研究中,被认为是最差的养老地。在50座最差居住城市中,迈阿密的谋杀破案率低而排名第45,在选择浪漫城市时,迈阿密也是最差之一。迈阿密四分之一的人生活在贫困中,也是全国物价最高的城市之一,迈阿密一栋房屋的中位价格是27万7700美元,全国平均水平为20万5000美元。

加州有7座城市进入排行榜,其中,Florence-Graham是南加州洛杉矶县的一个居住区,在本次排名中位列加州最不宜居城市第一名。该地的家庭收入仅为3万4738美元,几乎只有加州平均家庭收入的一半。而低收入家庭所要面对的却是高昂的生活成本、该地商品和服务价格比全国平均值高出37%。当地高收入的工作往往仅限于高专业人士,而Florence-Graham的居民中仅有4.4%的人拥有学士或以上学位,垫底全美最低。

San Bernardino是内陆帝国最不宜居的城市,位列加州最不宜居城市第二位。San Bernardino的贫困率为29.4%,位居加州第三高。7.3%的失业率也远高于加州的5.4%的失业率。在2016年,每10万人平均发生暴力犯罪1,331起,几乎是加州平均值的三倍。

位于南加州洛杉矶县的Compton位列加州最不宜居城市第三名。超过4分之1的的人口收入位于贫困线以下,当地就业市场薄弱、工作机会少、失业率高达8.2%。同时该市人口拥有学士及以上学位的人口仅为8.1%,贫困、高失业率加上教育程度低,导致该地暴力犯罪事件频发,造2016年,每10万人平均发生暴力犯罪1,158起。
